Alisson has already paid back a chunk of his transfer fee to Liverpool.

His last-minute save during Tuesday's do-or-die Champions League clash with Napoli earned his club a little more than €12 million in prize money, according to UEFA's latest revenue breakdown.

Alisson's sprawling save on Napoli substitute Arkadiusz Milik in second-half stoppage time preserved a 1-0 win that entitled Liverpool to a €2.7-million paycheck. They also earned an additional €9.5 million for reaching the round of 16.

Liverpool stand to make even more in gate receipts.

Manager Jurgen Klopp couldn't contain himself after the match, saying he would have "paid double" if he knew Alisson "was this good." Liverpool paid €75 million to sign the Brazilian shot-stopper from Roma in July, then a world-record fee for a goalkeeper.

Liverpool were reportedly reluctant to pay such a large sum, but the revenue from last season's Champions League run helped offset the cost.

Alisson has kept 12 clean sheets in 22 matches across all competitions this season.
